The Culinary Trail

The Culinary Trail is a joint venture between the three levels of government -Federal. State and Local.  This project is supported by funding by the Australian Government, NSW Department of State and Regional Developement and the Bombala Council.

The Culinary Trail showcases the specialty producers of the South East Corner of New South Wales. The trip would take a weekend starting in Canberra and can be done in a whole weekend or over a series of weekends staying in different places. It covers the Snowy Mountains, the plains of the Monaro, Bombala and down to the coast to Eden and up as far as Bermagui, giving one a look at the wonderous landscapes that are in our backyard just waiting to be explored.

The trail features produce such as meat rabbits, schnapps, lavender etc. highlighting places where the products can be purchased or experienced.
