Class guide:

Classes can be adapted to suit participants abilities and limitations; please contact us prior to starting so we can assess your specific needs (free assessment). 

Bellydancing: Leave your stress behind and stimulate your senses: empower your womanhood!  Become familiar with your body's abilities and movement with basic bellydance moves and sequences.  Focus on HAVING FUN with basic technique.   Classes run with the school terms; new dancers welcome!

Group Personal Training/Fitness: Want to gain strength, build bones, improve joint stability and move more efficiently and effectively? Try this resistance training class that's fun, safe and effective.  Each class is different and tailored to engage the different energy systems of the body.  Classes include strength, endurance, static strength and stability, balance, proprioreceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), core function and core strength exercises.  NOTE:  For hot summer days, classes are lower intensity and focus more on balance, PNF and core function. 

Yoga: Alchemic yoga is designed to stimulate the body's organs and improve function, as well as enhancing strength and flexibility.  Yoga is a great way of being IN THE NOW.  Let go of your stress and enjoy a relaxing yoga class.
